PENS ... Peer Education in Nutrition for Students

PENS is a program aimed at educating university students on healthy eating. Conducted by upper year students enrolled at Brescia University College, the program is fun, educational and above all, free to all students.

The PENS program promises to provide students with the opportunity to learn more about healthy eating and help dispel some of the many myths surrounding nutrition.

So, if you think your floor or residence could benefit from a short, interactive nutrition presentation, contact Anne Zok, Nutrition Manager with Hospitality Services at nutritionservices@uwo.ca or by calling (519) 661-3855.

To help entice the leery, free sample smoothies or fruit and yogurt parfaits can also be made available. Don't delay. Book you session (s) today!
