Eating breakfast every day can help improve concentration, reduce hunger and maintain a healthy weight. Look for fast and easy choices such as whole grain breads and muffins, cereal with milk, fruit and fruit juice, yogurt and yogurt shakes, cheese, and eggs, or be creative with last night's leftovers.

Nutrition Counselling

It used to be that eating right was just a matter of common sense. But these days, many people feel they need more in-depth knowledge of nutrition, not only to help them shed pounds, but also to keep up with the mounting scientific evidence that certain foods may cause or help prevent disease.

Everyday we're faced with news stories about nutrition - stories that are often conflicting and confusing. A nutritionist can help you make sense of the food you eat. She can give you practical advice that's based on the latest scientific evidence. You'll get advice that's easy to follow and fits into your lifestyle. And the extra motivation and support provided by an expert will help you follow through and achieve your goals.

More Information on Nutrition Counselling

Counselling sessions with the Nutrition Manager, typically begin with a personalized Computer Analysis. This is done using the most current version of Esha Food Processor Nutrition & Fitness Software.

FREE Nutrition Counselling, 661- 3855 The process begins with a personal profile. Age, sex, height, weight and activity level establish this profile on which all analysis is based. By inputing a typical days food intake, an entire nutritional breakdown is instantly calculated. A bar graph reveals the goal percent of basic components, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, cholesterol and vitamins and mineral as compared to the preestablished personal profile. Pie charts depict percent of calories from protein, carbohydrates, fat and alcohol. Source and amounts for any food component, vitamin or mineral can also be calculated.
